Daily work sharing

Our factory is specialized in the production of aluminum alloy door and window handle manufacturers, we come from China's famous hardware town - Zhaoqing Jinli high-tech zone. Next, let me share our work routine.

Each set of products in our factory is made from our own die casting die. It is different from the products on the market, the casting entrance or other is different. It is not a lot of burrs. When the casting comes back, we will arrange polishing and treat the surface burrs. After this process is completed, spraying will be arranged. We have long-term cooperation in spraying factory. Powder spraying factory, paint spraying factory. The color can be customized, it's up to you to decide what color you want.

After spraying, the next step is installation. In the installation process, we strictly require the workers to strictly control the quality, every 10 or so to check whether there is loose, stuck situation. We will also arrange quality inspection personnel to check.  In  each link, we wil strictly ask whether the quality is up to standard.  After installation, we will carry out machine bagging and then hand loading into the box. After a series of work is completed, then we will arrange the shipment.
